2 | pounds | boneless beef chuck roast or boneless beef arm roast | |

1 | Tablespoon | Cajun seasoning | |

1 | package | (9 ounce) frozen whole kernel corn | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | chopped onion | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | chopped green bell pepper | |
|
|||
1 | can | (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes, undrained | |
|
|||
1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | hot sauce | |
|
Rub entire surface of beef roast with cajun seasoning. Place roast in 3 to 4 quart slow cooker. Top with corn, onion and bell pepper.
In small bowl, combine tomatoes, pepper and hot sauce; mix well. Pour over vegetables and roast. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
